Hipaa Policy / Spam Policy

EmailDocs has a zero-tolerance spam policy. You can only use EmailDocs to send emails to lists of patients that gave you permission to email them. So if you are not certain that each recipient on your list opted-in for your emails, don't import them into EmailDocs

• We prohibit the use of third-party, purchased, rented, or harvested mailing lists. EmailDocs will terminate accounts violating the foregoing.

• You cannot mail to newsgroups, message boards, distribution lists or unsolicited email addresses.

• You agree to only use EmailDocs in association with an established list of recipients.

We provide use of EmailDocs only to those subscribers who follow our strict anti-spam policy. You agree that you shall not utilize EmailDocs to send any commercial electronic mail message (as defined in the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003) to any recipient who has opted out, unsubscribed or otherwise objected to receiving such messages from you or another party on whose behalf you may be commissioned.
